Activision is trading "Modern Warfare"
for "Ghosts."
The video game publisher announced
Wednesday that the next installment
in its successful "Call of Duty"
franchise will be titled "Call of Duty:
Ghosts" and feature a new story and

Activision Blizzard Inc. said "Ghosts"
will be released Nov. 5 for PC,
PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and next-

"Infinity Ward is going all-in to create
the next generation of 'Call of Duty'
worthy of the world's greatest fans."
For more than five years, the action-

Treyarch's futuristic "Call of Duty:
Black Ops II," crossed the $1 billion
mark in worldwide retail sales 15 days
after its release last year. Infinity
Ward's "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
